EVENING PARTIES
Time to let your hair down, turn the lights down low and celebrate your marriage with family, friends and workmates by boogieing the night away to your favourite music.
The barn has an oak sprung dance floor, good for the oldies knees! There is space for the band or DJ a large dance floor and room for tables and seating. We can light the barn with candles and fairly lights ready for the evening guest’s arrival. The marquee has dimmable lighting and plenty of tables, seating and heaters if required. This is great space for evening food to be served and for guests to relax, chat and enjoy a summer evening or escape especially if it rains. The bar is linked to the marquee by a covered walkway.
We have a great house disco which is included in the hire fee but we are happy if you wish to arrange your own evening entertainment. We also supply a list of musicians and bands which have played here over the years which we are happy to recommend. Including cover bands, ceilidh bands, jazz, blues and swing bands.
We can accommodate a maximum of 180 guests for the evening and offer a pay bar facility, with real ale, local cider and lager on draft and full range of all your favourite wines, spirits and soft drinks, in our converted stables adjacent to the barn and marquee. We often have fire works and can put you in touch with professional local fireworks companies.
Evening Party Food.
We can cater for up to 180 guests for a simple evening buffet, bbq or cheeseboard or we can organise a specialist caterer to do a hog roast, fish and chips, ice creams, chocolate fountains and candy floss.
THE FIRE PIT
If you require still further hang out space and a few more unique memories then we can construct a large fire pit resplendent with log seats in the Grove, the route lit by citronella flares, a perfect place to relax, chat and enjoy a drink with friends.
